Returns & Exchanges

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued for returned items once they pass the quality inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.

  • No cancellations or modifications are allowed once production has started.
